3.3. The PULSE administration reserves the right to reject, delete, or edit events that violate these rules or the bot's concept without prior notice.
4. Chats and Communication
4.1. PULSE provides the ability to create chats for each event for communication and organization.
4.2. Posting offensive, aggressive, or illegal messages in chats is prohibited. Users are obliged to follow communication norms and Telegram rules.
4.3. The bot administration has the right to block users and delete messages that violate these rules.
5. Disclaimer
5.1. The PULSE administration is not responsible for the content of events posted by users or information published in chats.
5.2. We do not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information about events and reserve the right to delete any events or block users without explanation.
5.3. The PULSE administration is not liable for any possible damages or losses resulting from participation in events or the use of the bot.
5.4. PULSE is an information platform and is not the organizer of events. All questions related to the organization, participation terms, and payment are resolved directly between the user and the event organizer.
6. Legal Risks and Dispute Resolution
6.1. The user is solely responsible for their actions within the bot and guarantees compliance with the laws of their country.
6.2. In case of violation of these rules or the law, the PULSE administration reserves the right to pass information about the violator to the appropriate authorities.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. PULSE does not require registration and does not collect personal data from users, except for the information necessary for Telegram's operation.
7.2. Personal data transmitted during bot use (e.g., usernames, message content) are processed in accordance with Telegram's Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties, except as required by law.

8.1. These rules are governed and interpreted according to the laws of the country where the bot administration is registered.
