Rules of "BaliBliss Fest" EN

General rules:

1. By purchasing a ticket, the visitor agrees to the rules below. The rules apply to visitors, members of the organizing team, instructors, musical performers, program participants, partners and everyone who will be on the festival territory;
2. Anyone who does not comply with these festival rules may be refused entry to the event. And be removed from the event territory without compensation for the cost of the ticket, reimbursement of the cost of accommodation, meals, travel. Also in this case, the Organizer does not compensate for departure costs; Upon arrival at the festival, you need to go to the registration desk and register;
3. Attendance at the festival by minors is regulated by the legislation of Ukraine. Parents are directly responsible for their children present at the festival;
4. Participants are personally liable for failure to comply with the rules of safety in nature, for failure to comply with safety on water, for failure to comply with safety with fire in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;
5. The program of practices, music of practices, music and the program of all streams, as well as other details of the festival content may be slightly changed/adjusted by the organizers. In this case, the ticket price is not refunded or changed;
6. The organizers of the festival are not responsible for the belongings of visitors, partners, musicians and instructors, and do not compensate for the cost in case of their damage, loss, theft, etc. Please watch your property and, trusting, be prudently vigilant;
7. The organizers of the festival are not responsible for cars parked on the festival territory;
8. The personal health of festival guests is exclusively under your personal control and responsibility. Please take care of yourself. The organizers define the organization of the program of practices and music programs, and compliance with agreements with the accommodation facility as their area of ​​responsibility.
9. ATTENTION: the organizers are not responsible for the health and life of event participants;
10. If you want to come with an animal – please agree this in advance with the organizers – we also want to make sure that the animal is friendly and meditative;
11. The organizer has the right to change and supplement the BaliBliss Fest rules at its discretion.

For parents of children:

1. Children are our flowers, so do not leave small children alone on the site, the child must always be in your field of vision;
2. The organizers are not responsible for children who are on the festival territory. Responsibility for children lies EXCLUSIVELY with their parents, according to the current legislation of Ukraine;
3. Monitor the child's compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards, wash the child's hands before eating, do not allow children to eat unwashed vegetables and fruits. Because it may happen that the rest will be complicated by a problem with the child's tummy;
4. Explain to the child in advance what he should do if he gets lost. And, just in case, if the child is small, prepare in advance and put in the pocket of his clothes a note with the child's full name and your mobile phone numbers;
5. During yoga practices, silence is required and try to walk very small children away from the place of practice so as not to suddenly disturb anyone;
6. When on the beach, be sure to follow the rules of safe behavior on the water, according to the current legislation of Ukraine - the child must always be in your field of vision.

It is forbidden to:

1. Drink alcoholic beverages, smoke cigarettes on the territory of the festival and recreation center, tent camp;
2. Use narcotic, toxic, psychotropic or other types of substances that affect the physical or mental state at the festival;
3. It is strictly forbidden to bring to the event: any weapons and explosive devices and substances;
4. Throw cigarette butts and other garbage in places not intended for this;
5. Create traumatic situations or cause harm to yourself and others;
6. Damage the property of the campsite and festival organizers;
7. Take the property of the festival organizers, as well as the property of the campsite outside the camping territory;
8. Littering on the beach and on the territory of the festival, tent camp. If it happened that something happened and littered, you should clean up after yourself as soon as possible;
9. Violate the rules of conduct in public places in any way, including the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

Refund Policy:

1. According to the legislation of Ukraine, refunds for tickets for entertainment events are made only in case of cancellation of the event by the organizer and only the nominal value is compensated;
2. The program of lectures, practices, master classes, excursions, as well as other details of the festival content may be changed by the organizers. In this case, the cost of the ticket is not refundable and does not change;
3. Delaying the start of the event or postponing the date of the event is not a reason for a refund;
4. The festival does not print tickets to save resources (entry is made according to the list in the crm-base and an identity document);
5. Refunds for tickets are made only in case of cancellation of the event by the organizer and only the nominal value is compensated;
6. Tickets can be transferred (sold, donated) to other persons, transferred to another participant, but subject to notification of the festival organizers, no less than 48 hours before the start of the festival;
7. You can transfer your ticket to the next "BaliBliss Fest" for free. Please note that you can only transfer your ticket once. If you transfer your ticket to a subsequent event, you may also be required to pay the difference in price if the ticket price for the subsequent "BaliBliss Fest" event is higher. The deadline for transferring your ticket is one week before the event.

Confidentiality and personal data:

1. The information provided by an individual upon registration is confidential. The Organizer uses information about such individual buyer for the purpose of fulfilling his/her order and for other purposes specified in these Rules;
2. By purchasing a ticket, the individual voluntarily consents to the Organizer collecting and processing his/her personal data for the following purposes: the data provided by an individual upon registration will be used to process orders for the purchase of tickets, obtain information about the order, send advertising and special offers, information about promotions, raffles or any other information about the Festival, the Organizer's activities, for other commercial purposes;
3. The Organizer undertakes to ensure data protection from unauthorized access by third parties, not to distribute or transfer data to any third party except for the transfer of data to related parties, commercial partners, persons authorized by the Organizer to directly process data for the specified purposes, as well as upon mandatory request of a competent state body. The Organizer guarantees that personal data will be stored and processed in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and the conditions set out in these Rules;
4. Any individual, by purchasing a ticket and/or by visiting the territory of the "BaliBliss Fest" festival, gives the Organizer his consent to his (and/or his wards - minors, minors, etc.) visiting the festival) photo and video shooting for the Organizer's projects, which will be carried out within the framework of the festival, for the purpose of creating photographs and audiovisual works;
5. If you do not want to be photographed, you will need to indicate this in advance when registering for the festival;
6. The Organizer is allowed to use the relevant photographs and/or audiovisual works obtained as a result of photo and video shooting, containing images of individuals visiting the festival territory, without any time limit from the date of the relevant photo and video shooting in the territory of all countries of the world in any form and by any means, including, but not limited to, the following methods: use photographs and/or audiovisual works to create advertising and/or information materials for the purpose of advertising and promoting any projects of the Organizer, including goods and services;
7. Shooting for personal purposes for visitors to the "BaliBliss Fest" festival is allowed. Please sign the festival photos with the hashtag #BaliBlissFest. Thanks to this, more good people will learn about "BaliBlissFest".
