Rules for the €3000 Giveaway for Promoting Physical Goods via Telegram Ads Among Subscribers of the Channel "Tribute | Content Monetization"

1. The organizer of the giveaway is TRBTs Limited. Registration number: HE 443898. Address: Griva Digeni, 51, ATHINEON COURT, Flat/Office 202, 8047, Paphos, Cyprus.
2. The giveaway is not a lottery or any other game of chance.
3. The giveaway is open to adult subscribers of the Telegram channel "Tribute | Content Monetization" (https://t.me/TributeNewsRU) who have fulfilled all participation requirements:
   - Subscribed to the "Tribute | Content Monetization" channel (https://t.me/TributeNewsRU);
   - Added a physical product;
   - Posted it on their own channel;
   - Published a link to the post in the comments of the giveaway post.
4. The giveaway runs from October 15, 2024, to October 31, 2024.
5. Participants consent to the processing of their personal data.
6. The prize for the winner is a €3000 ad budget for promoting physical products via Telegram Ads.
7. Only one winner will be selected from all participants.
8. The prize draw will take place on October 31, 2024, among all participants who meet the conditions.
9. The winner will be chosen randomly.
10. The winner must confirm their age, for example, by passing verification on the platform.
11. The prize will not be transferred to the winner in any form. The €3000 advertising campaign for promoting physical products will be launched from the organizer’s ad account. The winner is responsible for preparing the ad creatives and selecting the target audience in accordance with Telegram Ads' advertising guidelines.
12. The winner waives any claims against the organizers if their channel or ad creatives are rejected during the moderation process on the Telegram Ads platform.
13. To facilitate the promotion of their Telegram channel through Telegram Ads, a representative of the organizer will contact the winner and provide a consultation.
14. No compensation will be provided to the winner for any unreceived prize. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with another prize.
15. The winner cannot transfer the right to receive the prize to third parties.
