Rules for posting ads
FarrukhRules and Requirements for Posting Ads in the Telegram Group of UCCSFBA Nonprofit Organization:
Frequency of Ad Posting: Each member can post ads only once a month. This ensures the group remains focused on its main purpose and prevents excessive advertising.
Approval for Extra Ads: If a member wishes to post additional ads within the same month, they must seek approval from the group admin. This ensures that extra ads are relevant and don't overwhelm the group with promotional content.
Ad Content: Ads should be related to the nonprofit organization's mission or activities. Irrelevant or spammy ads will be removed by the admin.
Clear and Concise Ads: Ads should be clear, concise, and provide relevant information. They should include a brief description of the product, service, event, or cause being promoted, along with any necessary links or contact information.
Nonprofit Affiliation: Ads should be from members who are affiliated with the nonprofit organization or its partners. Ads from external entities should be approved by the admin and should align with the organization's values and goals.
Respectful Language: Ads should be written respectfully and professionally. Offensive or inappropriate language is not allowed and will result in the removal of the ad and possible disciplinary action.
No Promotions of Competing Organizations: Ads promoting other nonprofit organizations or causes that directly compete with the organization's mission or activities will not be allowed.
Ad Duration: Ads should be relevant and timely. Once an event or promotion has ended, the ad should be removed by the member who posted it. Admins may also remove outdated ads.
Ad Placement: Ads should be posted in the designated channel or thread for advertisements. This helps keep the group organized and ensures that members can easily find and engage with the ads.
Compliance with Telegram's Terms of Service: All ads must comply with Telegram's terms of service and community guidelines. Any ads that violate these terms will be removed by the admin.
By implementing these rules and requirements, the nonprofit organization can maintain a balanced and focused group environment while still allowing members to promote relevant events, services, and causes.
