Rules for a prize giveaway among channel authors using the "Tribute" service (the "Rules")

1. Giveaway organizer: TRBT Limited. Registration number: HE 443898. Address: Griva Digeni, 51, ATHINEON COURT, Flat/Office 202, 8047, Paphos, Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. Giveaway participants: channel authors using the "Tribute" service for content monetization, who are 18 years of age or older.

3. Duration: from August 15, 2024, 00:01 (UTC +3) to September 15, 2024, 23:59 (UTC +3).

4. Results announcement: no later than September 30, 2024.

5. Participation scheme:

5.1. The number of tickets is calculated as follows:

5.1.1. The author receives 1 ticket for every 10 euros or 1000 rubles received from new paid subscribers.

5.1.2. The number of tickets depends on the amount of subscription payments, not on the number of subscribers.

5.2. Subscribers are considered new if they subscribe to the channel during the giveaway period and have not had an active subscription to the same channel within the two months preceding the start of the giveaway period.

5.3. All types of subscriptions are taken into account.

6. Prize fund:

1 x Apple MacBook Air 13" M3 2024 (16GB, 512 SSD)
2 x Apple iPhone 15 Pro 256GB
10 x Apple AirPods Pro 2 headphones

7. Giveaway rules:

7.1. The giveaway will be conducted in the Organizer's official Telegram channel.

7.2. The random.org service will be used to determine the winners.

7.3. Each participant's ticket will be represented as an incomplete channel name.

8. Rules for receiving prizes:

8.1. Physical delivery of prizes may not be possible in all countries and will be discussed individually.

8.2. If it is impossible to deliver a physical prize, the winner will receive the equivalent of the prize value in USDT:

Apple MacBook Air 13" M3 2024 (16gb, 512 SSD) = 2000 USDT
Apple iPhone 15 Pro 256GB = 1250 USDT
Apple AirPods Pro 2 headphones = 250 USDT

9. By participating in the giveaway, participants give their consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer in accordance with the current legislation on personal data protection. Personal data processing includes collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of data necessary for conducting the giveaway and awarding prizes.

10. The right to receive a prize is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.

11. By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to the publication of their channel names (in full or in part) and the results of the giveaway on all resources of the Organizer.

12. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Rules at any time without prior notice. Such changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the Organizer's official resources. Participants are obliged to independently monitor changes in the Rules of the giveaway.

13. Participation in the giveaway means full agreement with these Rules.

14. The giveaway is not a lottery or gambling game.
