Rules about video-verification

CRASH TORGASH welcomes you to the service for verifying any of your platforms! Welcome! Thank you for choosing us! We have remained one of the best on the market for over 3 years, and we appreciate everyone for their trust and productive cooperation! We use only live, clean, individually selected faces that are assigned to a single client; reuse with other clients is strictly prohibited, as is any previous “exposure” of these faces.

We wish everyone success in their work! And our service is ready to help you with that!

We will need from you:

• Accurate information that must be present in the documents from the full package + DL
• (with the following visible: DOB, FULL ADDRESS, DL number, EXP, ISS)
• Socks5/IP/OVPN that were used during registration/use of the account
• A link/QR code for completing verification on a mobile device.
• (IMPORTANT: This is only provided right before the actual verification. DO NOT create the link in advance and ESPECIALLY do not open it.)

RULES

PAYMENT:

• Fixed verification cost – $200
• Repeat call of the same face for the same company – $100
• Repeat call of the same face for a different company – $180
• Extending the face session for 1 hour – $50
• Additional document – $30

Payment for verification is made once all information from the client is received in full, including transfer fees.

The exact time of the verification session can be discussed later and is scheduled individually based on when the client contacts us.

We accept only USDT TRC-20.

WORKING TERMS:

• We do NOT log into your accounts; the entire process takes place through a link/QR code. Account login during verification is solely the client’s responsibility.
• The date and preliminary time of verification are agreed upon at the moment of payment.
• A verification session lasts 1 hour; extensions are discussed individually.
• (Clients are scheduled in advance—please respect each other’s time.)
• The client must be online 10 minutes before the verification starts.
• If the client is absent for more than 30 minutes, a penalty of 50% of the verification cost is applied.
• If the client is available but the face becomes unavailable and we cannot provide a replacement quickly, there is a 10% discount on the next order.
• We strive to ensure the highest quality service and work professionally, but we cannot guarantee a 100% result. Much depends on the quality of the full package itself and whether it raises questions by default.
• We have extensive experience and have seen many situations, but one thing is clear: if after our verification the company begins requesting additional documents (SSN, passport, video call, etc.) or permanently closes the account, the issue lies in the quality of the full package, the registration method, or potential fraud indicators.
• We attempt a maximum of 3 verification attempts at a time.
• We are responsible ONLY for selecting a live, previously unused face matching the criteria, and for producing and uploading VHQ documents + live verification (KYC face verification + DL/pass). We are NOT responsible for the final outcome of the account verification.
• We are not responsible for additional verification steps that the platform may request immediately or afterward; in such cases our work is considered completed (this relates to the quality of the full package).
• Our work is considered completed if verification fails due to generated document data.
• If verification succeeds on our device (we send proof), but on your end it fails or additional info is requested, we are not responsible and the work is considered completed (relates to the quality of the full package).
• We try to match faces as closely as possible to your criteria, with an age range of ±10 years.
• If ID and face verification are successfully completed, the service is considered fully provided (proof of successful verification is given).
• If verification is unsuccessful (documents fail checks), the service is considered not provided and the deposit remains on your balance (minus our cost price – $100).
• We provide a full verification service; if you only need photos, all responsibility for the verification result lies with the client. The cost of this service equals the verification price.
• Use of our proxies/configs happens only with client approval and implies full client responsibility, even though we connect only high-quality networks.
• After verification, we provide a full set of face + DL photos at the service’s discretion.
• We reserve the right not to disclose details or methods of passing verification.
• Pre-approval of face photos with the client is not included; selection is done by us. In individual cases, this option may be possible.
• We do not issue refunds; any remaining balance is placed on deposit for future orders.
• By placing and paying for an order in our service, you automatically agree to these rules. We treat every client with respect.
