Project Description:

Rubius is a fintech software startup which plans to grow into a futuristic banking institution, where all of products, services, and solutions will be powered by cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

Rubius Inc. will be offering a full-suite of trustless financial products.Three initial products are the Rubius (RUBY) cryptocurrency coins, the Aryl payment app, and the Rubiex cryptocurrency exchange.

Rubius applications are Aryl, Aryl Features, Rubiex, Merchant Software, Rubius Smart Loans (RSL), Decentralized Social Media, Security, Customer Service.

Rubiex will essentially be the American-version of Binance. It will feature the Rubius coins, hundreds of other ERC-20 tokens, and the major cryptocurrencies like bitcoin, Ethereum, etc. Rubiex will eventually grow into a multi-asset exchange, hosting many types of tradable assets, such as stocks, ETFs, Mutual Funds, and more; making Rubiex an all-in-one trading platform.

Rubius is a cryptocurrency developed by and named after Rubius Inc. To avoid confusing the company with their cryptocurrency, the cryptocurrency will almost always be referred to as Rubius coins or RUBYs. RUBYs were deployed on the Ethereum blockchain, and they operate on the ERC-20 Token Standard.

RUBYs will be used in all of our future products, services, and solutions. At first, this will just include the Aryl payment platform and the Rubiex exchange. However, in the future, we plan to offer a vast array of financial services implementing RUBY, such as merchant tools.

Token:

The name of the token is RUBY. Number of coins for sale 210,000,000 RUBY (70%) Coin exchange rate 1 ETH = 7000 RUBY. Minimal transaction amount is 0.05 ETH.

Token allocation: 70%-ICO, 12%-company reserve, 10%-team, 5%-bounty, 3%-advisors.

Roadmap:

In 2017 was conceptualized the Aryl project. In 2018 was incorporated Rubius Inc, Recruited team & wrote whitepaper, created Aryl UI Mockups, developed Aryl Prototype/MVP, Rubius Fundraising/ICO. In 2018 will be launched Aryl & Rubiex platforms. In 2019 will be added Smart Escrow and Smart Loan to Aryl, registered Rubius as broker-dealer, added stocks, ETFs, and other tradable assets to Rubiex, registered for additional banking services. In 2020 will be marketed banking services internationally, developed POS Software, developed Payment Gateway Software, marketed merchant services worldwide. In 2021 be rebrand and remarket any needed products, developed decentralized social media platform, recruit substantial blockchain R&D team, continue blockchain experiments & research.

Joseph Rubin is CEO and Lead Developer. Joseph is an American inventor and entrepreneur with a background in mechanical engineering, lead developer of the Rubius protocol and the Aryl app.

Haydn Snape is Chief Operating Officer, CMO/CEO/CSO, Founder, strategist, investor and advisor focused on transformational projects in Blockchain, Fintech, AI and Robotics. He's had the chance to work with companies large and small, including the likes of HSBC, Barclays, JP Morgan and Thomson Reuters.

Adam Singer is Chief Marketing Officer. Adam enriches brands with witty eloquence. His work assists international firms, corporate websites, mobile applications, and blockchain businesses. He specializes in directing content for ICOs, maximizing impact and delivering buzz.
