After finding fame in Emmerdale, the actress got naked for her movie debut in Lake Placid 3
She's a jobbing actress who has taken on a variety of different roles across her 13-year career.
And it seems Celebrity Big Brother star Roxanne Pallett had no fear when it came to stripping naked for a full-frontal, raunchy sex scene.
The Carlisle-born beauty, 35, made her film debut in TV movie Lake Placid 3 back in 2010.
As she entered the CBB compound on Thursday, scenes from the £2.3million budget, comedy horror flick have resurfaced online.
In the film's opening scenes, Roxanne plays a young woman called April who enjoys an alfresco romp with boyfriend Jason on the shore of Blake Lake in Maine.
Filmed on location in Bulgaria, Roxanne was required to strip completely naked as she simulated sex with English actor James Marchant.
The couple's lovemaking comes to an abrupt end when first Jason, then April are mauled to death by a group of baby crocodiles.
As well as being Roxanne's film debut, it was also the first time she had done a nude scene.
The raunchy role was a far cry from her battered wife character Jo in Emmerdale , which she played for three years.
Since Lake Placid 3, Roxanne has gone on to star in other films, including Habit, Devil's Tower, Wrong Turn 6: Last Resort and It's A Lot.
Meanwhile, Roxanne has been facing controversy since entering the CBB house after she called housemate Hardeep Singh Kohil's turban a "hat".
One viewer wrote on Twitter: "Shocking that an actor in this day and age aka Roxanne Pallet ‘like’s Hardeep’s Hat’ #someoneneedschooling #turban #idiotic."
Another tweeted: "Thats why people need education and a slap! Roxanne just said I love your hat in reference to Hardeep's turban #CBBUK."
One fan said: "I'm shocked nobody picked up on Roxanne calling Hardeep's turban 'a hat'. #CBB #BBUK."

Celebrity Big Brother star Roxanne Pallett may have covered up for her entrance into the most famous house in Britain - but new snaps show she isn't afraid of baring the flesh.
A sultry photo shoot has emerged of the soap star clad in just a bra, lace underwear and stockings - but some fans aren't looking at her hot bod but her remarkably different appearance.
Writhing around on the floor the Emmerdale actress showed off flawless figure in the lace lingerie set - a far cry from her Emmerdale jumpers.
Fans will be shocked at the shoot - which is a far cry from her dowdy Emmerdale character Jo Sugden. With her hair swept across her face, a visibly younger Roxanne's features look less defined than in the CBB house.
The newly engaged star swept into the house last night - but was not met by the best reception.
After chatting to host Emma Willis, she performed a high-kick as the doors closed shut behind her. Then cameras captured her aggressively dusting off her black crop top after muttering "s**t".
Viewers accused her of appearing "fake" saying her entire entrance looked staged.
"@RoxannePallett I like her, although her entrance chat with Emma seemed a bit fake," one wrote.
A second tweeted: "That was the most over fake dramatic entrance I have ever seen!"
But others said she'd clearly already forgotten that her every move was now being caught on film.
"@RoxannePallett entering the CBB house is every female heading out the door for a night out (think she's forgotten about the cameras already) #CBB."
As she went into the house, a pal revealed she had packed a whopping 20 bikinis for her stay.
"Roxanne is in the best shape she’s ever been," they said.
“She’s packed twenty bikinis and hopes the heatwave comes back so she can make use of the pool and hot tub," the friend added to the Sun Online.
Roxanne joined the likes of Hollywood actress Kirstie Alley , fellow soap star Ryan Thomas , rogue trader Nick Leeson , TV psychic Sally Morgan , model Chloe Ayling and footballer Jermaine Pennant .
Other housemates include Brazilian TV personality Rodrigo Alves , also known as the Human Ken Doll thanks to his love of cosmetic surgery, former The Only Way Is Essex star Dan Osborne , who is married to EastEnders actress Jacqueline Jossa, and Love Island series three finalist Gabby Allen .

And Roxanne Pallett couldn't have looked further from the Yorkshire Dales on Wednesday, when she was spotted putting on an eye-popping display as she sunbathed topless on a sun-soaked beach in Cyprus.
Wearing just a pair of turquoise bikini bottoms, the 34-year-old actress looked sensational as she displayed her enviably toned physique and pert bosom while topping up her tan on a sun-lounger.

Shielding her eyes from the glorious sunshine with a pair of stylish sunglasses, the screen beauty perched a a cream hat atop her raven locks as she settled in for a read of Bryan Cranston's autobiography, A Life In Parts.
Roxanne rested on top of a patterned turquoise beach towel as she soaked up the rays during her relaxing day of sun-worshipping on the island's golden shores.
As always, the actress's motivational scripture tattoo, bearing the message 'It ain't about how hard you hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward,' was visible on her left hip.
