The actress, who played Jo Stiles in the ITV1 soap, stars in American horror movie Lake Placid 3 .
The made-for-TV film tells the story of killer crocodiles that terrorise residents of a small community, according to the Daily Mail .
In one scene, a waterfront romp is cut short when Pallett's character's boyfriend is eaten by one of the creatures.
The soap star has also signed up to appear in The Vagina Monologues .

Yet after finding fame on the cobbles, Roxanne Pallett went on to star in a much raunchier role, stripping fully naked and having a steamy romp in Lake Placid 3.
The 35-year-old actress showed no inhibition as she bared all for the raunchy scene, which saw her strip off and seduce her boyfriend into having a romp outside by the lake.

The raunchy scene didn't last long, however, as after taking their steamy session to the lake, Roxanne's boyfriend is dragged underwater and ripped apart by a bask of frenzied crocodiles.
Roxanne watches on in horror screaming, before she then meets the same sticky end as her beau and is dragged to her death.
The soap star's role in the 2010 cult horror flick has resurfaced amid her appearance on Celebrity Big Brother.

However, she hasn't got off to a great start on the series, with viewers branding her 'fake' for her very animated entrance during Thursday night's live launch.
Moments before the former Emmerdale actress entered the house she could be seen dramatically wiping down her top, as she stood in front of the newly fitted front door.
The star, 36, who was the tenth celebrity to enter the house, appeared to be very nervous during the launch show, as she made her way down the stairs into the famous Elstree house.

As she walked down the stairs Roxanne noticed what seemed to be a mark, and whispered 's***' before licking her hand and trying to wipe it away.
Fans were quick to take to Twitter to slam the display as 'fake', suggesting that the entrance was 'stage-managed' in order to make her seem 'vulnerable'.
Her entrance into the house comes after it was revealed she will be flaunting her gym-honed physique during her stint in the famous house, as she is believed to have packed 20 bikinis to take with her.

She is said to be in the 'best shape ever' following regularly gym sessions and her time on the reality show will ensure she can flaunt her trim figure.
A friend of Roxanne's told the Sun: 'Roxanne is in the best shape she's ever been. She's packed twenty bikinis and hopes the heatwave comes back so she can make use of the pool and hot tub.'
According to a Celebrity Big Brother insider, the show's casting team have had their eye on Roxanne for some time, and have finally bagged her but for a hefty fee.

Roxanne Pallett certainly isn't shy about getting her kit off for a raunchy sex scene.
Since she entered the Celebrity Big Brother house on Thursday night, a series of her on-screen romps have resurfaced.
The former Emmerdale actress went fully naked in 2010 for a scene in low budget horror movie Lake Placid 3, and she did it again in 2014 when she starred in Wrong Turn 6: Last Resort.
In the scene, Roxanne's character, Jillian, gets down and dirty with her boyfriend in an ancient spa.
The duo strip off in a close-up shot, with 35-year-old Roxanne whipping her top off over her head as her man, played by Joe Gaminara, unbuttons his shirt and tosses it on the floor.
Perched on a table, Roxanne leans back to let her co-star yank off her trousers as she whips off her bra before leaning in for a passionate kiss.
He slips off her underwear and runs his hands all over her body as she arches her back and writhes around in pleasure.
The fun times didn't last long though, as the couple are soon interrupted by cannibals, and you can imagine what happens next.
In her scene in Lake Placid 3, Roxanne strips off to stands naked by the side of a lake.
As her male co-star turns around, he remarks: "And you're naked."
"Oh, you noticed," she says before running off towards the water.
He follows her into the water and the scene cuts to them romping on the bank with Roxanne on top.
But something is watching them from the water, and yet again, you can probably imagine what happens next.
Speaking once about preparing for a sex scene, she told the Daily Star : "I spent the night before filming watching sex scenes on YouTube for about three hours – it was a binge.
"I just kept watching every Hollywood sex scene I could find, ones with people like Angelina Jolie and Antonio Banderas. It really psyched me up.
"People like Halle Berry or Nicole Kidman really went for it in the clips I saw.
"Seeing that stripped away any embarrassment or inhibition and I knew I had to just let go.
"It wasn’t easy doing it in front of 30 people but I didn’t become an actor to become half-hearted about what I do – you’ve just got to go for it."
