Rosie's Game Emporium - Emporia Review

Located off Interstate 95 in Emporia, Va., the Logis Gaming Emporium opened to the public on September 25, 2023. The 21,000-square-foot gaming facility at 700 W Atlantic Street is owned by Churchill Downs and has 150 Historic Horse Racing (HHR) games, 150 in non-smoking rooms, the remaining 150 in smoking rooms, and a betting area where sponsors can bet on live nationally televised active horse racing. Game Hall in Emporia is the seventh location of Churchill Downs in Virginia, including Dumfries, Hampton, New Kent, Richmond, Vinton and Collinsville. Additionally, residents of Dumfries can expect a Rose Gaming Resort to open along I-95. The $372 million gaming and entertainment complex destination will include luxury hotels, eight bars and restaurants, cultural venues, space for meetings and events, and more than 80 acres of green space.
