Rosario Dawson has starred in major films and TV shows and has recently been romantically linked to 2020 presidential candidate Sen. Cory Booker , D-N.J.
The native New Yorker celebrated turning 40 last week by posting a topless video on Instagram Saturday.
No text accompanied the post, which appeared to have been recorded somewhere warm. But it attracted plenty of positive comments from fans and was viewed nearly 200,000 times by early Sunday.
Booker confirmed the pair were dating in March while at a campaign stop in New Hampshire.
“I am dating Rosario Dawson and I’m very happy about it,” Booker told reporters at the time. “She’s a wonderful actor.”
A day earlier, Dawson spoke highly of Booker in a conversation with TMZ.
“He’s a wonderful human being,” Dawson said. “It’s good to spend some time together when we can. Very busy.
“I am just grateful to be with someone that I respect and love and admire so much who is so brilliant and kind and caring and loving.”

Rosario Dawson has celebrated “feelin’ fine at 39” with an impromptu nude photoshoot.
The Top Five actress turned 39 on Wednesday (09May18) and in celebration, she bared all in a revealing Instagram video post.
Rosario posed tastefully, positioning herself so that she didn’t over-expose herself, despite being filmed in her birthday suit.
And the actress certainly has nothing to hide, as Rosario looked toned and trim in the clip, with an enviably taut tummy.
“Happy birthday suit to me… 39 & feelin’ fine…”, the beaming Rent actress captioned the post as she crossed one of her arms across her chest and shifted her legs from side to side.
She also posted a mirror selfie which showed the Daredevil star completely nude with just a well-placed bouquet of pink roses to protect her modesty.
“Reflections on not letting gravity bring me down…”, she captioned the free-spirited picture, as she thanked friends and fans for their birthday wishes.
That’s not the only reason the actress, who is currently filming Netflix romantic comedy Someone Great with co-star and producer Gina Rodriguez , has to celebrate.
Rosario will be recognised for her advocacy and activism at the GLSEN Respect Awards later this month.
According to editors at People, GLSEN, an education organisation that works with LGBTQ youth, will honour the actress with the Inspiration Award on 21 May in New York City.
“She is a wonderful example of someone engaged with all of the pressing issues of our time who also knows how to amplify the voices of youth too often left out of the conversation,” said GLSEN executive director Eliza Byard . “A warm and inspiring presence at a variety of GLSEN events over the years, Rosario has helped GLSEN reach a broader audience and brought new allies to our side in the urgent fight for Respect for All.”

To celebrate another year of living, the Daredevil actress shed her clothes and spend her birthday completely in the buff; and she wasn't shy about posting pictures on social media either. On Instagram, Dawson shared a couple snapshots of her nude birthday adventures. You can see the NSFW photos posted below.
Rosario Dawson certainly knows how to live her best life. The actress likes to keep things casual, and in the festive birthday spirit, she shared some more birthday pictures in her... revealing outfit. While she posted another picture with some strategic objects attempting to conceal her more intimate areas, it didn't quite work out as well as Claire Temple might've anticipated. Hint: there's nudity in this picture.
These aren't the only scantily clad photos Rosario Dawson shared on her social media feed. Back in April, before her big day, Dawson also posted the following photo, perhaps as a teaser for what was to come.
Whether or not it's her birthday, Rosario Dawson likes to keep things all-natural. And we can't blame her! If we look like Rosario Dawson at 39, we're going to flaunt it too. We're glad she had a great b-day.
Beyond her nudity-filled personal time, Rosario Dawson continues to keep herself busy as an actress. She is currently filming a role in the upcoming romantic comedy Someone Great , which also stars Lakeith Stanfield, Gina Rodriguez and Brittany Snow. She is also set to play Wonder Woman in the new animated film The Death of Superman , based on the best-selling comic of the same name. She is also lending her voice to another upcoming animated film, Henchmen . Additionally, Dawson also did voice work in The Lego Batman Movie and Justice League Dark last year. Meanwhile, outside of her forthcoming film work, Dawson can often be seen on television. In addition to appearing in The Defenders , Luke Cage and Iron Fist , Dawson has a reccuring guest role in Jane the Virgin this year.
Rosario Dawson was recently seen in William H. Macy's Krystal earlier this year. She also appeared in last year's Unforgettable alongside Katherine Heigel. Rosario Dawson is clearly finding some work, and she's open to doing more (even though she'll have to wear clothes). She's been famously eyeing a role in the Star Wars franchise as Jedi Ahsoka .
