You'd be better off using the WSG sword in mainhand than Dazzling Longsword. I know it's purple, but please don't. If you're so keen on using it, use it in the offhand. Also, why would you enchant 15 str on gloves instead of 15 agi?

Just curious what this sub thought was best and I’ve seen lots of variations online; Hemo / sub, combat swords, combat maces, must have items etc. Maces sound really fun but sub seems to have some awesome utility.
I know twinks get a bad rap but I honestly just want a fun PvP project that I can dump my gold into.
Twinks only get a bad rap from people who don't understand it.
Twinking isn't about dunking on lowbies, it's about maxing out a character and pitting it against OTHER maxed out characters. We regularly organize premades and communicate with horde guilds so we can do 10v10s with other twinks.
That being said, my personal favorite build for 39 is hemo. You should check out xpoff.com for info on gear and spec.

Is there any reason you can't do the exact same thing at level 60?
I don't really have a problem with twinks. Dunking on low levels is fun. But it seems to me, the only reason to stop leveling is to specifically avoid being matched up against maxed characters.
I would be interested in these 10v10s we have mostly 19s but are working on a 39 bracket too
I am sure that there are many that feel that way but I really doubt it’s the majority of twinks.
People in the PvP ranking community on my server have been making 10-19 alts to increase the brackets. Every single one of them, myself included, have had the most toxic Classic WoW experience in them.
If you’re not a twink or aren’t 18-19, before the gates even open you’re instantly flamed, they’re telling each other to spam report on you to get you kicked, telling you you’re useless and to stop queuing.
If these people actually cared about competition they’d be doing full premades or at least not give a shit if their entire team isn’t filled with twinks. There’s a reason why twinking seemed to die extremely fast once they were only allowed to play with other twinks.
Twinking is most definitely about dunking on lowbies. I think your mindset is the minority. Because everyone ive talked to who wants to make a twink is because "I want to feel like a god in battlegrounds". Thats why blizz had to eventually add the twink brackets because people much prefered dunking

Like everybody else, I'm dealing with the LONG wait by planning ahead and theorycrafting my every move to be ready once Classic goes live.
I have all of the stuff for my main figured out and now I'm down to my bank alt. Eventually, I want to level my bank alt above 35 to capitalize on an extra set of professions, but then I thought I could stretch it a few more levels and also use my bank alt as a twink once phase 3 comes out.
I've decided on Rogue since they are just broken in the lower brackets of BGs and I also like the pickpocket skill on my bank alt for lock-boxes and such. I then discovered the site Shadowpanther.net which is great for BiS lists of all brackets, but I haven't been able to find any useful talent specs for a 39 Rogue and this is where I need some help. Do you guys have any great suggestions? I tried playing around with the talent calculator and ended up with something like this: https://classic.wowhead.com/talent-calc/rogue/32-320005-05015013 , since I prefer to use daggers for the awesome Ambush crits on clothies and use a more stealthy playstyle in general, but any pointers would be really appreciated.
I don’t need anything in Precision to be hit-capped?

cant remember the exactly build but i think it was SF/hemo build ?
I ran my 39 rogue twink as combat mace spec. There are some really good maces around that level that hit really hard.
