Shock was shipped in a timely manner. It was very easy to install. I really like the lock out feature. I can lock it on my ride to the trails and unlock when I hit the trails. I wish it came with a pump to adjust the air pressure but hopely I can pick up a used one on Ebay. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.
