Ha! I've been all Attention-Defected up lately. I've been focusing on so many things at once, nothing gets done. Ah, let's see if I can narrow the scope of what I work on for a bit, until more major things get complete.

I've been trying to get more animation done, and new Distortion pages done, and a slew of Secret Comics... Whew, maybe one at a time is best. When you try to do it all, you end up doing nothing =P

I'll be continuing with the Community Comic every Monday and Wednesday from 8PM - 10PM Eastern Time on Picarto! We're starting page 13 out of 5 this week... and also we have to come up with a Kaiju form for the the big bad and figu
Ah, corporate commercial art is an abusive place to be. I will no longer participate in it. It only seems to perpetuate and reinforce negative self-notions in me anyways. As the corporate world chokes more of the planet, many will fall through the cracks as companies become more tyrannical and exploitative while becoming larger yet fewer. We live in a time where smaller niches will and must form. Small and independent is the future.

I keep convincing myself that I have no worth and I keep trying to self-sabotage by remaining quiet. I've been doing this for a lifetime and still need to break out of this habit, now more than ever.

As a person who continually struggles with mental health, I found these videos fascinating. I'd like to make art and life into a healthy space for joyful expression. I still have a ways to go. I need to push through my fears and just experience enjoyment in life.
The world needs more bright, happy, sexy art. I've been hanging with the wrong crew, despite also finding positive influences. It's way past time to peruse those positive influences.

I don't think this will actually do anything, and I think Net Neutrality will end, despite being overwhelmingly popular with the people. I guess that would only matter if the US had a democracy though.

I've updated my Patreon and SubscribeStarAdult sites! They'll still require a bit of work, and my anxiety about it has been through the roof, but hopefully through continual work, I can mitigate the illogical fears. I really need all the support I can get, and hopefully I can get more more art rolling when I can attain a more stable environment.
My goals with the sites is to give flexibility with helping me make more comics. I'll be offering all my comics on the sites, but also in the traditional comic store on my main site. My website is extremely broken, as updates over time have caused more breakages, so I'm probably going to have to start entire pages over again from scratch. I really hate web-work, and would rather spend my time making the art, but so be it. Gotta get the art to everyone somehow =P
I've been extremely afraid of self-promotion for the past few years. I've been working through some crippling anxiety and some severe self-worth issues. I have a Patreon and SubScribeStarAdult, but haven't mentioned them to many people, and I keep getting panic attacks when trying to update them. I'd like to get over this hurdle so I can get the financial support I need to keep making comics and art.
There's a lot I'd like to do, and it's going to take a good bit work. So far the SubscribeStarAdult is more in line with how I'd like to manage things going forward, but I've literally told no one of its existence until now.
For the past, I've been relying on the sales model of getting production funded. This is where you make the product and put it up for sale and the sales hopefully generate income to keep it all afloat for the next round. I think I'd like to follow the more modern alternative where production is pre-funded, like in the crowd-funding model.
The sales model is probably the most harrowing business model because you already need to have money set aside and you run off of fumes during production in hopes it'll all work out. The pre-fund model will generally have more stability and more room to grow. The comics I make are actually quite good at sustaining themselves, but I'd do a lot better with more stability. I'm going to be gearing up my Patreon and SubscribeStar to fit with this model, and I'll also be keeping my comics store up to be able to offer them to those who are region-locked or prefer to help me out with that method instead. I need to keep these easily manageable so I can spend more time doing the art and less time worrying bout managing too much content. Life has been too unstable, and maybe I can get things back on track on a personal front. I'll be posting more updates about this soon, but for now, I'm reaching another emotional low, and I'm feeling overloaded. Hopefully this post will help me reach out again.

I’ve been having a lot of crushing anxiety about this, but talking about it will definitely help clear it up a little to become functional again. I guess it was actually crippling anxiety since it prevented me from accomplishing anything.


I’ve been wanting to update my Patreon and start a SubscribeStarAdult to include my main-line comics. It would definitely help me be able to keep them going to help pre-fund them and give me stability to keep making them to begin with. I’m also going to keep the more traditional comics store up and going just to give people more options to help and support me.


I’d like to keep the work-load in the realm of feasible so I don’t want to over-promise stuff that I wouldn’t be able to deliver on. So far, it takes me about 2-3 weeks to get a set of 6 pages going. I could probably do better if I allowed sites like Patreon to be a bigger help. I definitely self-sabotage because of fundamental insecurities nagging at me, convincing me that I shouldn’t be able to take that route in life. Those nagging feelings are dumb and I’d like to exercise them away.


I’m more likely to actually do things when I talk about it, so that’s what this journal’s going to be for. I’ll be updating and reworking my Parteon for a bit. It could take a several days, and I’ll just take it at a reasonable pace. I’ll also adjust what I can as time goes on, but for now, I think simple is best.
I also want to get back into art streaming. I stopped, because well... I'll admit it got very lonely streaming the Community Comic to no one. It was supposed to be a group comic, made with the ideas and whims of the stream-watchers. I really need to feel connected, and maybe things will be different this time.
I've been needing to do an emergency fund-raiser for a long time, so let's try a small and simple growth drive that will feature on here and twitter. It's my first attempt at one of these, so let's hope it goes well.
New images with size-gain will be uploaded Saturday and Wednesday. Cerredi's boob size will increase based on the favorites, likes, and retweets on the growth-drive images and, of course on the donation funds raised.
