Robinhood rolls out crypto wallet to Android users globally
Powered by @unfoldedRobinhood has launched its cryptocurrency wallet for Android users, expanding access to millions of potential crypto users worldwide.
The Android app was previously in beta and had a public waitlist, but now all customers who joined the waitlist can download the Android wallet and start using it.
The wallet supports crypto send, receive, and store functions for several networks, including Ethereum, Bitcoin, Dogecoin, and more.
Robinhood plans to continue adding new features to the wallet based on customer feedback, including cross-chain swaps and on-ramps that lower barriers to entry in web3.
