I had the honor of playing Elsie in the film “Lost Heart” last summer, and it’s finally being released! Elsie is from a small town in Michigan and all she wants to do is move to Nashville and be a singer. It was pretty easy to relate.

This past weekend was really special. Last summer I was in a film called Lost Heart. It was a crazy few weeks. Between shooting I was visiting family and playing Roanoke shows in the Midwest. It was truly magical to be playing music, acting, and visiting family all at once.
The cast and crew were so incredible to work with. There was so much love and support on set and it was all captured onscreen. Congrats to everyone involved with Lost Heart. It’s a beautiful story full of … beautiful people.
The film features two Roanoke tunes, “Jordan,” and “Where I Come From.” They fit the theme so well you would think I wrote them just for Lost Heart!
