We are looking for a skilled Risk analyst (data) who will join our strong and enthusiastic Risks Team!

Job responsibilities:

• Analyse internal and external data to identify potential threats to PLATA loan portfolio
• Build econometric models to predict portfolio dynamics and recognise unusual behaviour
• Come up with ideas of actions to mitigate identified risks and analyse their effectiveness
• Visualise data and present it to managers to set the necessary actions in motion
• Automise risk management frameworks (monitoring, triggers, forecasting etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or finance/economics; Master's degree preferred; CS or econometrics specialization preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis. Risk analysis preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in statistical analysis and data modeling
• SQL + Python (/R) high proficiency. Knowledge of Tableau (/Apache Superset) and high proficiency in Excel are a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data-based ideas to non-technical audiences
