Rinkah’s physical bulk is amazing, sporting a base value of 41 Defense that can be pushed even further with the help of a Defense Super Asset. Likewise, her Speed also finds itself at a high value of 39, also sporting a Super Asset that can make her even faster. No matter which of these two stats are invested heavily into, summoners will not be disappointed with these extremes.
Rinkah’s Club is a powerful unique weapon that lowers her cooldown by -1, and will grant Rinkah with Attack/Defense +5 alongside Special cooldown charge +1 per her foe’s attack during combat. There are two checks for these effects and only one of the two has to be achieved, either for her foe to initiate combat, or for Rinkah to not be at full HP.
As a result of her high Speed and powerful unique weapon, Rinkah can find herself diverging into all kinds of builds. While her base kit certainly suggests for her to be a physical tank unit, it is entirely possible to build her as a more Player Phase oriented unit thanks to her high Speed and the fact that Rinkah’s Club can be used in the Player Phase if she is not at full HP.
Rinkah’s Resistance stat is a mediocre value of 18 as a compensation for her extremely high physical Defense. Rinkah must be wary to avoid taking magical damage unless she is running Skills that reduce damage such as Close Call or Repel. Dropping Rinkah’s Resistance is recommended for all her builds as it is her least valuable stat, but it doesn’t help that she also has a Resistance Super Flaw to deal with.
While Rinkah certainly gets a bonus to her Attack with the help of Rinkah’s Club, her base 34 Attack is a little more average than it’d like to be before the weapon effect kicks in. Making the most of her weapon, whether it be devoting to Enemy Phase or making sure she drops away from full HP to justify Player Phase is key to making Rinkah hit much harder than her Attack stat suggests.

This is a ranking page for the hero Rinkah - Scion of Flame from the game Fire Emblem Heroes (FEH). Read on to learn the best IVs (Individual Values), best builds (Inherit Skill), weapon refinement, stats at Lv 40, and more for Rinkah.

When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Rinkah are +Spd and -Res . A higher Spd stat allows Rinkah to prevent follow-up attacks and help her make follow-up attacks on her own. This boosts both her offensive and survivability capabilities. Her Res is already low and she isn't really cut for tanking magic, so it is safe to take Res as a bane.
You could also go for a +Def IV for Rinkah, as it also boosts her survivability against physical attacks.
We recommend a +Spd IV when merging Rinkah to 10. With a +Spd IV, Rinkha's Spd stat will reach 47 with 10 merges, which makes it even easier to prevent follow-up attacks from enemies and allows Rinkah get more follow-up attacks on her own.
You can also use a +Atk IV if you want to focus in offensive power and a +Def IV if you want to focus on Phyiscal defense.
An explanation is not yet available.
Note: Stats bonuses from skills are not taken into account.
Rinkah is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle , the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.
Rinkah's exclusive weapon, Rinkah's Club speeds up her Special cooldown and gives Rinkah an Atk/Def +5 whenever enemies attack her, or when her HP is 99% or less. The conditions are easy to trigger, but the effects are strong.
This makes it easy for Rinkah to activate Special skills such as Bonfire .
The A skill Distant Foil allows Rinkah to counterattack all physical attacks regardless of distance. This means Rinkah can counterattack enemies that are even two tiles away.
Another perk of Distant Foil is that it gives a Atk/Def +5 to Rinkah whenever physical enemies initiate combat.
Since Rinkah has the B skill Wrath which lowers the cooldown of specials if Rinkah's HP is less than or equal to 75%. Wrath combined with the effect of Rinkah's Club makes it easy for Rinkah to activate specials. Furthermore, if Rinkah's HP is less than or equal to 75%, Wrath also gives Rinkah's special +10 extra damage.
Rinkah has low Res. If Rinkah is attacked by a magical attacker, she will take high damage compared to that from physical attackers. Be careful of enemies that use Tomes as they can deal high damage to Rinkah from a range. Always be mindful of Rinkah's positioning in relation to the enemies who pose a threat to her.
Rinkah - Scion of Flame only appears as a 5 Star Hero. We will include whether or not you should Unlock Potential for Rinkah - Scion of Flame if a 4 Star version is released!
Rinkah can be used to inherit the skills Distant Foil . However, as Rinkah is a powerful Hero who has both great offensive and defensive ability, we recommend keeping at least one Rinkah before foddering off any duplicates.
Rinkah is a Hero who can be pulled from any summon.
Note: Not currently a featured hero in any Summon events.
