Ingredients :

Rice - 1 cup

Milk - 3 cups

Condensed milk - 3 tsp

Saffron milk - 3 tsp

Sugar - half cup

Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

Mixed chopped dry fruits

Method :

1. Pressure cook the rice with 1 cup of milk for 1 whistle.

2. Mash https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztGsQ60sN0A and then add the remaining and other ingredients.

3. Mix it well and then let it cook covered without the whistle for 10 to 15 min.

4. The kheer is ready to be served with some chopped pistachios to garnish.
