Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
* Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets related to sales activities, client information, and contractual data
* Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity
* Track ongoing projects to support forecasting activities
* Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
* Respond to ad hoc data and analysis requests to support business decisions
Client Operations Support
* Assist with onboarding new clients, including system setup (e.g., Allegis Global Solutions Beeline and SmartTrack platforms)
* Ensure smooth client integration into internal systems and workflows
* Execute consultant offboarding processes in accordance with client requirements
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in the Information Technology sector preferred
* Strong understanding of financial services is a plus
* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
* Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) – required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
