Role Description The Revenue Operations Analyst at HRZ LIFT / Novo Horizonte is a part-time, remote role focused on supporting revenue reporting, forecasting, and process optimization across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing sales and financial data, building and maintaining dashboards, and identifying trends that support data-driven decision-making. The role involves collaborating with finance, sales, and customer service teams to improve billing accuracy, streamline revenue workflows, and resolve operational issues. The analyst will prepare regular performance reports, assist with budgeting and variance analysis, and document processes to ensure consistent and compliant revenue operations. This role requires independent work, proactive communication with distributed teams, and adherence to deadlines in a remote environment.

* Candidates should possess customer service skills to support internal and external stakeholders, address billing or account issues, and maintain positive relationships.
* Relevant qualifications include experience in revenue operations, finance, or business analysis; proficiency with spreadsheets and data visualization tools; and strong organizational and time management abilities.
* A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
