Position: Revenue Cycle Manager Billing Lead
Full-Time and Fully Remote
Who We Are Looking For:
This is not an entry-level billing role. We are looking for someone who has held a middle-management position inside a large offshore dental or medical billing firm. They must have direct experience managing a team of billers across multiple accounts and locations simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
* Insurance verification and eligibility checks prior to patient visits
* EOB posting after claim adjudication
* Unpaid claim follow-up and denial management
* Patient balance research and resolution
* Managing and growing the offshore billing team underneath them
* Learning existing workflows first before recommending improvements
* Building a healthy and constructive feedback loop between the offshore team and our office locations
Required Experience:
* Middle management experience at a large outsourced RCM or billing firm
* Proven track record managing offshore billing teams across multiple client accounts
* Deep knowledge of the full RCM cycle: insurance verification, eligibility, EOB posting, unpaid claim follow-up, and patient balance resolution
* Experience building and standardizing billing workflows and processes
* Comfortable managing lower-level individual contributors and holding them accountable to metrics
* Excellent English skills, this is a firm requirement for this role
