Return and Exchange Policy

No Returns or Exchanges of Digital Items for our Store.

Digital items cannot be returned or exchanged on Etsy due to their nature. Once a purchase is made, the digital file is immediately available for download and remains on the customer's device forever, which is why it cannot be returned so it is non-refundable.

- The customer who purchases a digital product assumes responsibility for knowing how to use it.

- The customer who purchases a digital product confirms that he/she has read the description of the ad and accepts every part of it.

- The seller may change the ad description at any time at his or her discretion.

- The seller has no obligation to resolve installation problems in the customer's device for proper use of the product.

The buyer may contact the seller for any information regarding the order.

"This policy went into effect on 05/08/2023" due to buyers/competitors, who have taken advantage of us by purchasing our products by requesting a refund immediately after purchase and after getting the refund still left a negative review for the sole purpose of damaging our store to get around us in Etsy searches.

As a reminder, it is strictly forbidden to resell our products, without our authorization, and we conduct periodic checks on Etsy reporting outlaw stores that violate copy rights. To date, the outlaw stores that we have shut down for copy infringement are 6 with very heavy economic and legal repercussions towards their owners.

Cancellations

Our store does not accept order cancellations, except for duplicate orders of the same item placed in error.
