Representative of the Ministry of Justice in the field of intellectual property spoke at the Eurasian Pharmaceuticals 2023 summit

The Eurasian Pharmaceutical Summit 2023 take place in Samarkand on September 27-28, 2023. Competent government authorities in the pharmaceutical field from the CIS countries and Europe, international companies and industry experts takes part in it.

As part of the summit, a session was held on the topic “Intellectual property protection in the pharmaceutical sector, a guarantee of investment,” in which the head of the Department for the Protection of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice, B. Ruziev, took part with his speech. It spoke about the tasks of justice authorities in the field of protection of intellectual property, ongoing reforms and future prospects.

Information was also provided on counterfeit products identified in the pharmaceutical sector in our country and their consequences, and an exchange of views took place with specialists and experts in this field.
