I can't send messages to non-contacts

​If you are unable to send a message to non-contacts or add them to group chats, your account may be limited by the anti-spam system. To learn more about the limitations, or to report incorrectly applied limitations, please contact @spambot.​

Kindly note that Telegram support is done by volunteers and they can't help to remove anti-spam limitations.
