Remove pdf or not.

To help the next admin who will check this template whether the pdf should be kept or not, I just collected some different decisions from maybe different admins below:

5. https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/1jour1actu.com/template14/issue1/ (pdf should be removed)

6. https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/1jour1actu.com/template15/issue1/ (pdf should be removed)

7. https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/1jour1actu.com/template26/issue5/ (pdf should be kept) (latest one)

It really confuses us for yes/no decision changed all the time, if we can't agree on it, can we just leave it and not consider it a valid issue for no matter removed or not?
