🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Creator Manager / Creative Coordinator to take full ownership of UGC creator scouting and management. You’ll be in charge of finding creators with strong on-camera presence, negotiating collaborations, and ensuring high-quality content delivery — especially for performance ads. Bonus points if you have experience working with creators on TikTok Shop, or if you are a creator yourself and understand the process from both sides.
🧩 Responsibilities
* Proactively scout and vet high-potential UGC creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) — with a sharp eye for who can actually deliver converting content for a 40+ female audience
* Lead video calls with creators: pitch the brand, convince top talent to work with us, and walk them through briefs, hooks, and product messaging
* Negotiate rates and close partnerships — you know what a creator is worth and how to structure win-win deals
* Coordinate timelines, deadlines, shipments, and content approvals
* Organize and hand off video assets to our creative strategist and editors
* Monitor content performance and continuously feed the pipeline with new creators and angles
✅ Requirements
* Proven experience scouting AND negotiating with creators for a DTC brand (portfolio of creators/campaigns required)
* Strong on-camera presence and excellent spoken English — you'll represent the brand in every creator call
* Deep understanding of what makes UGC perform in paid ads (hooks, authenticity, retention)
* Organized, proactive, with a sharp creative eye
* Bonus: TikTok Shop experience, you're a UGC creator yourself, familiarity with Modash / Insense / Billo
