Company: Women In DSO®

Company Description
Women in DSO® is a global organization dedicated to advancing women leaders across dental support organizations and the broader dental industry. We bring together current and emerging leaders to connect, share knowledge, and grow professionally within an exceptional community of industry peers and mentors.
Through mentorship, leadership development, networking, and speaking, thought-leadership, and other visibility opportunities, Women in DSO® creates meaningful pathways for women to build relationships, expand their influence, and take the next step in their careers.
Women in DSO® is seeking two to three detail-oriented, reliable interns to support our fast-paced nonprofit organization remotely.
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity—approximately 3–5 hours per week—for a student or early-career professional interested in nonprofit operations, communications, and administrative coordination.
What you’ll support:
* Drafting, proofreading, and formatting polished correspondence
* Supporting cross-functional operations across several platforms and databases—maintaining accurate records, tracking projects and engagement, pulling reports, and helping turn updates into polished materials using tools such as Gamma
* Supporting project tracking, research, and general administrative coordination
* Learning how a mission-driven organization supports and engages leaders across the dental industry
What you’ll gain:
* Hands-on experience with professional communications, database stewardship, and nonprofit operations
* Mentorship and regular feedback from the Women in DSO® team
* A meaningful resume-building experience with a national leadership organization
* A professional reference upon successful completion of the internship
This is a fully remote, unpaid internship with flexible hours and a suggested three-month commitment. Exceptional interns may be considered for future paid opportunities if a role becomes available; however, this internship does not guarantee employment.
Benefit: This is more than an administrative internship. You’ll gain a behind-the-scenes view of an elevated, fast-moving industry while supporting communications that reach CEOs and senior leaders across dentistry. It’s a chance to build polished professional skills, learn from remarkable industry players, and become part of a network that can open meaningful doors as your career grows.
