AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By using the Remote Control application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the application. We may modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review any updates. Accessing the application from different countries is done at your own risk and must comply with local laws.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The application and its content are owned by us and are protected by copyright laws. You may use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

You affirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you will comply with the law, and that you will not use the application for any illegal activities.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You must not misuse the application by collecting user information without permission, using automated systems, or engaging in unlawful activities.

MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the mobile application. You are prohibited from decompiling, modifying, or using the application for commercial purposes.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

We are not responsible for any third-party websites or content accessed through the application. Your interactions with such content are at your own risk.

ADVERTISERS

Advertisers are responsible for the ads displayed in the application. We only provide the advertising space and have no further relationship with advertisers.

PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

a) Subscription Plans: Remote Control offers various subscription plans (monthly, weekly, yearly).

b) Billing and Payment: Users pay in advance based on their selected billing cycle. Payments are processed using the payment method provided by the user.

c) Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Renewals are charged at the same rate unless stated otherwise.

d) Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for unused periods.

e) Fee Changes: Remote Control reserves the right to change fees or introduce new plans, with advance notification to users.

f) Trial Periods: Free 3-day trials may be offered for all plans.

g) Failure to Pay: Non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of subscription access.

h) Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as stated in the Terms.

i) Termination of Services: Remote Control can terminate or suspend subscriptions at any time, with or without cause.

Remote Control prioritizes data privacy and security. By using the app, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which includes the transfer and processing of data in the U.S. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please notify us immediately. Misrepresentation in notifications may lead to liability for damages.

TERM AND TERMINATION

We may deny access, terminate use, or delete accounts at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including breaches of these terms or applicable laws. Terminated users may not create new accounts under any name.

MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions or changes.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes will be resolved through informal negotiations or binding arbitration under AAA rules, unless excluded (e.g., intellectual property disputes). Arbitration limits include no class actions or representative claims.

CORRECTIONS

We may correct errors or update information on the app at any time without notice.

DISCLAIMER

The app is provided "as-is." We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past six months. Certain state laws may not allow for these limitations.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify us for any third-party claims arising from your use of the app or breach of these terms.

USER DATA

We maintain the data you transmit but are not liable for data loss. Regular backups are performed.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

Your use of the app constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that they satisfy legal requirements.

CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS

Unresolved complaints can be directed to the California Department of Consumer Affairs.

MISCELLANEOUS
