first off what is memory hole remaping and why when i have 2 sticks of memory in does it crash memtest x86 by the first 40%:confused:. thanks for the help. (o yea and that was at all speeds i set the memory to under stock speeds down to 800.)

I noticed the Memory remapping feature in the BIOS so I gave that a try and Windows and the BIOS is reporting all 6 gigs are usable. Why does this remapping need to be done?
After more testing, I've discovered that it will only boot with 1 stick of RAM, unless I DISABLE 'Memory Hole Remapping' in BIOS, once this is DISABLED, then it boots fine with the 2 sticks of RAM (4Gb). Problem with this, is that the BIOS and Win7 now only report 3.28Gb as usable!!, probably due to the 'Memory Hole Remapping' being DISABLED.

I went in to Bios and enabled the Memory hole remapping -setting, but then the graphic card driver won't work, and it seems like the graphic card uses both its own memory (512 mb) and shared memory. If I go back in to Bios and disable Memory hole remapping I can only use 3,25 GB again, but the graphic card driver works instead.

Yes that's the problem.Update to the latest bios version for your motherboard and enable memory remapping.I had this problem too.Hardware allocated ram should be 1mb not half the whole ram.

No, remap will only work while script is acive, and there could be a problem with some applications, games, etc. With Sharpkeys you will remap key in registry. It will be permanent swap for whole Winsows OS, e.g. if you enter BIOS remap will not work. You can remap multiple keys to one, you can swap key and do all kind of crazy stuff.
