Install and Boot once a Global Fastboot Stock ROM in case

of still facing Flashing Issues.

IMPORTANT:

The 'Global Fastboot ROM' has to be
a HOS 1.03, in no case higher variants (those sudden ones from last year)
or even MIUI.. Both will cause trouble.
My bad to expect anyone will remember things been talking about previously
often enough....

• Despite of some reports, ROM is verified to work on
6 and 8 GB Devices
• Don't flash any additional Firmware, correct one is included
• Don't try to flash the ROM partially or via fastboot or abd sideload !!!
