THROPEX.1. Channel Compliance
Following the official channel @Thropex is strictly required. All announcements, timelines, and critical updates are released there. Failure to follow the channel equals full acceptance of missed information.
2. Upfront Payment Policy
Full payment is required before any process begins, preventing hit-and-run behavior. Accepted methods: DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, QRIS all scan without additional fees.
3. Standard Processing Time
For non-inrush orders, the estimated processing time ranges between 1–7 working days. This is a projection, not an instant service. Please manage expectations accordingly.
4. Redistribution Clause
All works produced by Thropex are strictly prohibited from being resold, redistributed, or reused for commercial purposes. Any violation of this rule will result in a penalty fee of IDR 300,000.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available, except in cases where the error is proven to be made by the admin.
