𓂃 ࣪˖ ℛegulation — rules to keep everything clear and safe

to maintain smooth processing, fairness, and comfort for every buyer, please read these regulations carefully before placing an order.

i.) you must subscribe to @nekochiistore before making any transaction.

ii.) orders can be made through the order bot or by contacting admin @lWhimper / @jClementine, by sending the required order format exactly as listed.

iii.) once the fixed-order form is sent, cancellation is not allowed unless the product is out of stock.

iv.) please choose one contact platform only (Telegram or WhatsApp) to avoid delays in communication.

v.) provide proof of payment for your order to be processed. orders without payment proof will not move forward.

vi.) all transactions are paid upfront to prevent hit-and-run cases.

vii.) only the listed payment methods are accepted. prices are fixed and cannot be negotiated.

viii.) double-check your order format before sending. ensure every detail is correct to avoid future issues.

ix.) any mistake made in the submitted format is the buyer’s responsibility; the admin is not liable for errors.

x.) guarantee processing time is 3–7 hours. if it exceeds the timeframe, feel free to contact the admin again.

xi.) for social media services, make sure your account is not set to private before ordering.

xii.) refill is available for 30 days, and your username must remain the same as when first purchased.

xiii.) orders are handled according to the queue. please remain patient and use polite language for any complaints.

xiv.) for inrush/urgent requests, consult the admin first to confirm whether it can be processed.
