As the Regional HR Manager, you will spearhead both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day people operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to global leadership, optimizing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, compliance, and engagement across diverse jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and continuously optimize remote HR policies and systems
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for global hiring needs and build international employer branding
* Foster a vibrant culture by designing targeted engagement programs tailored for a fully remote workforce
* Drive annual performance reviews and partner with leadership to identify professional development tracks
* Mitigate international employment risks and ensure strict labor compliance across multiple jurisdictions
* Oversee multi-regional compensation structures, market benchmarking, and cross-border payroll coordination
* Implement digital HR tools and leverage data analytics to maximize operational efficient
Requirement
* 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
* Proven track record managing multi-country HR operations and remote international teams
* In-depth shared services setup experience is a great advantage
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM, CIPD, or PHR/SPHR certifications are highly valued)
* Strong working command of international labor laws and compliance framework
* Highly proficient in modern HRIS platforms and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom)
* Exceptional cross-cultural sensitivity, high discretion, and strong self-discipline to work autonomously
