Regional Business Analyst Teva Pharmaceuticals

Purpose:

• Comprehensive analysis of the regional performance

• Analytical support of regional managers

• Promotion of the analytical tools and reports across the sales organization; business processes optimization

• Search for sales growth zones in regions

Responsibilities:

• Sales and market analysis

• Regular and ad-hoc reporting

• New employee onboarding, regular trainings

• Cross-sources analysis, cross-functional collaboration, Insightful analytics

• Data quality control, clients data cross-check, MR effectiveness.

• Analytical support for dive-deeps request of the regional performance

Requirements:

• Higher education

• Strong analytical skills

• Previous experience in Big Pharma at least 3 years. Sales structure, pricing, secondary sales and market analysis, MR effectiveness

• Experience in analytics of distributors and pharmacy chains data

• SQL medium level (experience with MS SQL Server will be an advantage)

• MS Excel (incl. power query, power pivot), Power Point, VBA

• Good communication skills

• English intermediate level (both oral and written)

• High working capacity, neatness, attention to details, multitasking
