Reforms in the sphere of digital technologies

The Presidential Decree establishes measures for the effective organization of public administration in the field of digital technology.
According to the Decree, the following functions of the Ministry of Digital Technologies will be transferred to the private sector from January 1, 2024:
- developing project and estimate documentation for the construction of buildings, structures and other facilities in the field of communications,
- designing local, long-distance and international communication networks.
Реформы в сфере цифровых технологий
Указом Президента устанавливаются меры по эффективной организации государственного управления в сфере цифровых технологий.
Согласно Указу, с 1 января 2024 года следующие функции Министерства цифровых технологий будут переданы частному сектору:
- разработка проектно-сметной документации на строительство зданий, сооружений и других объектов в сфере связи;
- проектирование местных, междугородних и международных сетей связи.
