В статье рассматриваются практические аспекты применения норм Конституции Республики Беларусь, регламентирующих процедуру реализации решений Конституционного Суда.
Рассмотрены основные этапы процедуры реализации и ее особенности.
Приведены конкретные примеры из практики Конституционного Суда Республики Беларусь.

In this article we consider the most important aspects of validity of decisions made by constitutional courts.
The authors consider different approaches to validity of constitutional judgments, as well as the methods of obtaining validity in the Russian Supreme Court.
It is concluded that the validity method is the main method for obtaining the validity of judgments in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
The article is devoted to the study of validity of constitutional court’s decisions.
In the article the author proposes to consider the validity of the decisions of constitutional courts as a specific form of judicial decision-making, which is based on the principles of legality and legitimacy, and also as an element of legal regulation of the legal relations between the constitutional and administrative courts.
