The main objective of this project is to develop and strengthen the students’ knowledge of body organs and the body’s system.
The project also includes the development of communicative skills and language comprehension.
In the process of the project, the pupils will learn to use the words of different meanings concerning body organs, to express their opinions about diseases, and to communicate with other pupils.
They will also learn the vocabulary of medical terms.
My body is my house
I can see my body.
It is a round object that I like to touch.
My legs are long and strong.
They can run fast.
I have thin arms and legs, but they can carry me all the time.
At home I can find a lot of things to do: play with toys, watch TV, read books, play computer games.
Sometimes I go for a walk.
If I want to go to the park, I take my school bag and my umbrella.
By the way, my favourite colour is blue.

Abstract:
The article describes the topical project “My body”, which is used in English class in form 4. The purpose of this project is to develop all language skills, including the ability to use the correct forms of the verb to be. The topical project “Body” is a kind of project work in the form of a report.

– развитие умений и навыков, связанных с пониманием и произнесением на слух текстов о здоровом образе жизни;
- развитие навыков устной речи, навыков аудирования, монологической и диалогической речи;
- развивать умения и навыки работы с информацией, полученной из текста, умение слушать и понимать собеседника.

Проект в системе обучения английскому языку
В последние годы в России произошел скачок в развитии образования.
The purpose of this project is to develop the skills of all language students in the form 4 of teaching of foreign languages. The aim of this work is to provide the most effective means of development of language skills in students of form 4. The purpose of my project was to develop and test the effectiveness of topical projects for the development of all Language skills in form 4.
I tested the effectiveness of my topical project on the basis of the following tasks:
Level: Elementary
Subject: English
The students of form 4 are currently studying the topic “My body”.
The project work “My body” is a way of teaching English to children.
It is an activity for children aged 9 – 12 years old.
In the project work the students learn about the body and its parts.
They also try to make a speech about their body.
As a result of this activity the children learn to use English expressions in the context of their own life.
