Beberapa member (sweet device) pm dan tag saya di grup, Mendapatkan keluhan di device dengan gejala:
- Audio (speaker & headset) tidak berfungsi
- System UI isn't responding
- Perekam video tidak berfungsi
- Tapi kamera depan & belakang berfungsi normal
- Tidak bisa membuka / force close "sound effects" (settings>sound & vibration>sound effects)
Salah satu member akhirnya PM lalu menemui saya untuk di perbaiki perangkatnya.
Pengguna cerita hal ini terjadi saat tidak mengetahui perangkatnya terupdate ke MIUI
13.0.6. posisi sudah habis garansinya, dan dia sudah ke service center xiaomi lalu teknisi service center xiaomi melakukan analisa lalu menyimpulkan IC Audio bermasalah dan harus pergantian board. dan dia di kenakan biaya (IDR - Rp 1,953,000).
Lalu saya lakukan analisa ulang bagian/area Chipset/CPU lagi, seperti perangkat (sweet) saya kemarin yang saya perbaiki. Saya menemukan adanya masalah antara penghubung chipset ke board yang membuat fungsi dari perangkat jadi bermasalah.
Setelah saya melakukan "Reballing CPU" dan cek arus daya, dan peragkat bisa di gunakan secara normal lagi.
Untuk saat ini saya menyimpulkan "Hardware Issues" ini Fix jika Chipset/CPU di lakukan "Reballing".
Saya mendapatkan informasi dari pengguna lain, hal ini banyak terjadi saat pemakaian setelah habisnya waktu garansi. Tapi ada juga pengguna yang mengalami masalah ini saat garansi masih berjalan.
Dan ada juga informasi setelah update MIUI 13.x.x tidak lama di gunakan setelah itu terjadi masalah secara tiba-tiba. dan ini saya alami sendiri saat saya melakukan update ke MIUI 13.0.8 (ID), padahal perangkat saya sebelumnya berjalan dengan sangat noramal.
Ini sangat random, siapapun bisa terjadi.
Perangkat yang sudah root/unroot, lock/unlock bootloader, perangkat yang sudah di custom rom juga bisa kena.
Dan banyak juga perngakat selain "sweet" yang bermasalah di bagian Chipset/CPU.
Jika perangkat anda masih garansi, itu akan sangat membantu. Tapi jika sudah tidak garansi ini sangat menyusahkan & membuat pengguna khawatir.
bahkan ada pengguna yang mendapatkan kamera depan tidak berfungsi/blur, atau kamera utama menjadi hitam & putih.
Saya tidak tahu kenapa dengan brand xiaomi!
Saya berharap perangkat kalian tidak seperti punya saya dan pengguna lain yang mengalami hardware issue.

Several members of the (sweet device) pm and tag me in the group, getting complaints on the device with symptoms:
- Audio (speaker & headset) doesn't work
- System UI isnt't responding
- Video recorder not working
- But the front & rear cameras work normally
- Can't open / force close "sound effects" (settings>sound & vibration>sound effects)
One of the members finally PM then met me to have the device repaired.
Users reported that this happened when they didn't know their device was updated to MIUI 13.0.6. the warranty has expired, and he has go to the xiaomi service center then the xiaomi service center technician did an analysis then concluded the Audio IC had a problem and had to replace the board. and he was charged a fee (IDR - Rp 1,953,000).
Then I re-analyzed the Chipset/CPU section again, like my (sweet) device that I repaired yesterday. I found there was a problem between the chipset connector and the board which made the device function problem.
After I did "CPU Reballing" and checked the power supply, and the device could beused normally again.
For now I conclude that "Hardware Issues (hw issues)" are fixed if the Chipset/CPU is "reballed".
I got information from other users, this happens a lot when using it after the warranty period has expired. But there are also users who experience this problem while the warranty is still running.
And there is also information that after the MIUI 13.x.x update it didn't take long to use after that a problem suddenly occurred. and this I experienced myself when I updated to MIUI 13.0.8 (ID), even though my previous device was running very normally.
This is very random, anyone can experience it.
Devices that have been rooted/unrooted, locked/unlocked bootloader, devices that have been custom ROM can also be affected.
And there are also many devices other than "sweet" that have problems in the Chipset/CPU section.
If your device is still under warranty, it will be very helpful. But if it's not guaranteed, it's very troublesome & makes users worry.
there are even users who get the front camera not working/blurring, or the main camera turning black & white.
I don't know why with the xiaomi brand!
