As a straight male, I've tried many times to get into hardcore porn and it just doesn't do it for me. It's overly graphic and the camera work puts way to much focus on the actresses genitals instead of their entire body. Softcore porn on the other hand, looks much more aesthetically pleasing and doesn't come across as dirty as the hardcore stuff. Also, I've found that actresses in softcore porn look miles better than those in hardcore. People look down on softcore porn because it's a watered down version of the regular stuff, but I find it much more engaging.

Help! My 11 year old is starting to get curious, and I've seen porn sites (or attempts -- I have restrictions set up) appear in his history.
Problem, all the sites I know of (redtube, youporn, xvideos, keezmovies, etc etc etc) are full of stuff that make ME cringe.
I wish there were a website with "softcore" stuff -- i.e., a "pubescent-boy-friendly" website with streaming video.
When I was his age, it was my stepdad's stash of Penthouse magazines which I "found" (yeah, right! thanks, stepdad...) -- I'm looking for something on that level.
I see multiple people commenting here about how OP's son is eventually going to find more extreme porn, regardless of what he gets from his parents.
Yes, sure he's going to find those things eventually. At that age I watched pictures from google images and after that I watched some preview videos from those way-too-young-looking-to-be-legal teen sites (as an 11-year-old I felt that they could be my age).
If he's going to see extreme thing immediately it might harm him. I don't know about any research on this matter, but I don't think I wouldn't have liked a shemale-facial-orgy video.

I think your intentions here are really good but I'm not sure you'll be able to control what he watches. He'll find what he likes and watch that, see some stuff that he hasn't seen before and explore it, and unless he's very computer illiterate there's not much you can do to stop it. I remember going through the same thing when I was his age. It's not hard to get around internet filters.
That doesn't mean you can't influence his views on sex, though. If your thinking about this the right way, you don't care what kind of porn gets him off, just how watching porn might influence his perception of real sex, future relationships and how he treats women. In that respect, keep in mind that 'extreme' porn like BDSM isn't inherently misogynistic, though some may be, or may be interpreted that way if you don't know what you're seeing. And by the same token, 'soft' porn isn't inherently benign. Most of the way porn will influence his thoughts and behaviour is not about what he sees in porn but how he approaches it . This is where you need to come into the picture.
If you have brought up your son's porn usage with him, try to take the next step and talk about what he's seeing without judging him for it. Explain why you're uncomfortable with the porn that you're uncomfortable with: the way it portrays sex, the connotations and social context that may come along with it, or whatever else. Also explain what healthy porn watching looks like vs unhealthy habits. There are a bunch of websites you can refer to if you're not sure of what to say here. http://makelovenotporn.com/ is a good place to start. They also have streaming video of real couples that is unlikely to make you cringe.
What's your address? I'll have your local PD show up and give you some pointers on how to go about finding such a site. They may offer some other, uh, counseling as well.

The only antidote to the distortions of porn, is a good source of sex information. So after he gets through watching "50 Guy Creampie" steer him to Scarlet Teen. He will at least have a source to learn how to kiss a girl. When he's ready to kiss a girl that is.
