Welcome everyone, I'm Kat Curtis. In the news today, apparently Donald Trump isn't the only one who wants to build a wall. France is now considering one TOO! Natasha Olenski is standing by in the Naked Newsroom with the details.

That's right Kat and this one's just as controversial! Concerns over terrorism has the French government going all out to protect the country's biggest tourist attraction!

Okay, so we can only be talking about either the Louvre or the Eiffel Tower.

You're right, it's the Eiffel tower and now imagine an 8 foot glass wall that will complete surround it. Here's the story. The Eiffel Tower is about to get an unwelcome and EXPENSIVE new addition! The French government is building an eight-foot, bulletproof, glass wall around the famous tourist attraction to protect it from terrorist attacks! The project will cost an estimated 20 million dollars. Officials say the wall must be built because the terror threat in Paris remains high. Naturally locals aren't thrilled about it. Critics say the wall won't just be a physical barrier, but a psychological one as well!

CNN has been forced off the air in Venezuela! Authorities there accuse the news network of spreading propaganda. This after CNN released a report that claimed the Venezuelan embassy in Iraq was involved in passport fraud. According to CNN's year-long investigation, Venezuelan passports were being sold to potential terrorist suspects in Iraq. As a result, Venezuela's National Telecom authority has suspended all CNN broadcasts, accusing the channel of trying to undermine the country's peace and stability!

And the space tourism race is heating up. Russia has thrown its hat into the ring by announcing it will be selling commercial tickets into space starting next year! Russian company KosmoKurs is aiming to compete with Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic and Elon Musk's SpaceX ventures. According to the company a ticket for a trip into orbit will cost about 250-thousand dollars. Up to six people will be able to travel aboard their resusable aircraft, which will spend 15 minutes in space. KosmoKurs hopes to beat the competition by getting up there sooner than anyone else. They're aiming to start flights in 2019! Don't go away!

I'm Roxanne O'Neill, here to declare Jurgita Kazlauskiene, the head of Lithuania's State Tourism Department, our Boob of the Week! Here's why.

Lithuania has museums, castles, fine dining, forests, beaches, and stunning wetlands home to hundreds of species of birds. Their capital city, Vilnius, is centered around its medieval Old Town, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It's got plenty for tourists to see and do.

But not many tourists are visiting, and this is where the State Tourism Department comes in. Now, I'll be honest. I went to their tourism website, and it's terrible. I read their "branding statement" and it's even worse. But believe it or not, THAT's not why their chief is being dishonored here today.

You see, to show potential visitors the beauty and excitement of their country, they came up with a campaign called "Real is Beautiful". The premise being that the people are real, he food is real and the nature is real. Pretty catchy right, except for one thing, the PHOTOS they used to illustrate their REALNESS, were FAKE!

Their big social media campaign used STOCK PHOTOS, and most of them were of OTHER countries! Naturally, they got called out on it, and tried to claim the pics were supposed to capture the "emotion" of what they were talking about. Obviously no one bought that lame excuse. Even Lithuania's PRESIDENT threw some shade, sharing a photo of a building in Brussels with a caption joking it was their new government office.

People were embarrassed at the campaign's ridiculousness, and angry that it cost nearly two hundred thousand dollars. As pressure mounted. Ms Kazlauskiene was forced to resign in shame. And we're going to compound that shame because she's also our our BOOB of the WEEK. For Naked News, I'm Roxanne O'Neill.

Maybe it's that it's been around so long, but for many, The Bachelorette has gone from being a guilty pleasure to just a pleasure. With that that, Eila joins us now, Inside The Box, with some big Bachelorette news.

Kat, the great thing about the casting of The Bachelorette is that when they pick from The Bachelor pool, you automatically get someone you're already totally invested in. And this pick was no exception!

And I understand that it also made a bit of history?

Well, let's not go nuts, but yes, it's reality TV historic! Though we assume AND HOPE it's a coincidence, the thirteenth season will be making a bit of a nod to the Thirteenth Amendment! Welcome Inside The Box everyone. Fans of The Bachelorette tuned into Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday to see who would be occupying the mansion next season! The big reveal was unfortunately a major spoiler for the current season of The Bachelor, since to viewers, she was still an active contestant! But that wasn't the only thing that made this announcement different! Yes, fan favorite Rachel Lindsay will be the first black Bachelorette in the show's history! The show premieres on May 22nd, and hopefully, she will at long last find love.

Executives working at Spike TV are going to be needing new business cards! Parent company Viacom is rebranding Spike as the Paramount Network! This way, Viacom will have a film studio, a TV production company and a network all sharing the Paramount name! It's also thought the name change will encourage more aggregating of content from across the Viacom universe, including the channels CMT and TV Land! But as far as I'm concerned, as long as my DVR keeps recording Lip Sync Battle, what's in a name?

Apple may be the biggest name in music, and now they've got the TV world in their crosshairs! They recently released the trailer for their first-ever original series. With the catchy if easy to misspell title “Planet of the APPS”, the reality show is pretty much a mashup of Shark Tank and The Voice, with a tech focus and some very familiar faces! Looks like a lot of fun, and considering that APPLE is making it, I'm thinking the winning apps could be getting a pretty good position in the App Store!

Of course, the Apple show everyone's MOST looking forward to is more of a spinoff. Which isn't normally something to get excited about...but people love their Carpool Karaoke, and based on this new trailer for the series, the party's just getting started! I wasn't sure I'd still be interested in the show once they got out of the car. But it turns out celebrities hanging out and acting goofy is fun anywhere! Based on the early evidence, I'd say Apple is two-for-two!

But for now, Netflix remains the big boy on the block, and that brings us to our Stream This pick of the week! Anyone familiar with Chef's Table is probably already drooling like a Pavlovian dog at the mere mention of the series. And if you're not, I recommend you enjoy the first couple seasons as appetizers, and then dig into the third season main course! Never has food on TV looked so delectable! All of those chefs are big personalities, and all of their food looks incredible, but I'm not going to lie: I am pre-obsessed with the Buddhist nun from South Korea! Her episode and the rest of the third season of Chef's Table will begin streaming on Netflix this Friday. I'm Eila Adams, and that's what's happening, Inside the Box.

Lately, everything Adele touches turns to gold, including dog names! A German Shepherd named Rumor, inspired by the Adele song Rumor Has It, was awarded Best In Show at the 2017 Westminster Dog Show! She beat out nearly THREE THOUSAND dogs for the title, representing around 200 breeds! Rumor is only the second German shepherd to take the top prize since the highly prestigious, all breed, show began in 1877.

The best things in life are free, but most of us would take the money anyway! A recent survey by Money Magazine and SurveyMonkey, found that most people would choose a million dollars a year for life over finding true love! Thankfully, it was by the narrowest of margins, with only 51 percent opting for the cash! And it's not necessarily a greed thing, almost 70 percent of respondents said they had some degree of stress related to their finances.

And we now know who officially won Valentines Day. Jennifer Brinley came home to find her bedroom had been redecorated with messages of love... and then discovered they were made of SMALLER messages of love! Have a look at the pictures. Her husband used SEVEN THOUSAND sticky notes to completely cover the walls, EACH of which, had a love note written on it! All in all it took a year of planning and I'm guessing by the end of the night, those notes weren't the only things that were sticky! For Naked News, I'm Natasha Olenski!

This weekend is one of my very favorite days of the entire year - National Drink Wine Day! So I'll be taking a look at the delicious beverage that brings us so much joy, in THIS EDITION, of my Naked Weather Forecast!

First, how about a little Brainstorm Trivia! You'd think vineyards would hope for a nice balance of sun and rain to help their vines thrive. But SOMETIMES, a growing season that's rainy, foggy, and damp, followed by dryness is a GOOD thing. Do you know why? Stick around for the answer!

Now, to the forecasts! Cultures worldwide have been producing wine for millennia. Literally! The oldest wine jars that have been found are 8000 years old, but there's some evidence that China was making a precursor to wine even earlier than that. China's capital, Beijing, has a mostly sunny weekend ahead, with a high of 56.

Wine-making wasn't just a casual thing, either. An actual WINERY from around 4000BC was discovered in Armenia in 2007. Located inside a cave complex, the winery featured fermentation vats, a wine press, and storage jars. Archaeologists even found the remains of grape seeds, suggesting the vintners had actually domesticated grapes, rather than just foraged. Yerevan, the Armenian capital, will see plenty of sun this weekend, but a high of just 26.

Nowadays, the average bottle of "plonk" wine sold to the hoi polloi in the US is under ten dollars. But the connoisseurs out there have plenty of options to throw money around! Wine auctions are a BIG deal, with rare wine prices going through the roof. A few years ago, someone paid over three HUNDRED THOUSAND dollars for a 1947 Cheval-Blanc! Their vineyard is in Saint-Emilion, France, where the weekend will see clouds and a high of 59.

But the single most expensive bottle of wine EVER sold is actually Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon 1992. It's a bit of a cheat, because it was a SIX litre bottle, and it was sold at a charity auction where people are a bit extra-generous. But at half a MILLION dollars, it's STILL going to be hard to top! The Screaming Eagle winery is in Oakville, California, which has a wet, grey weekend ahead, with a high of 63.

Now for the answer to our Brainstorm Trivia question! When things align just right, and a growing season starts wet, foggy, and damp, but then goes dry with perfect timing, grapes can be infected with a fungus called botrytis. Affected grapes shrivel and turn dark, but that's a GOOD thing Kat because, the result is a concentrated, honeyed wine that's like heaven in a glass.

Kat, Spinal Tap has filed a monster lawsuit against media company Vivendi! The band claims the company has held back profits from the 1984 rockumentary, and they're demanding 400 million dollars! The suit was originally filed by Harry Shearer, but it's now been revised to include cast members Christopher Guest and Michael McKean, along with director Rob Reiner. Together they claim that over the past few decades, they received just 81 dollars in merchandising income and 98 dollars in music sales!

The numbers are in and the number one selling artist on the planet last year WAS... Drake! The Canadian rapper sold more albums and had more streams and downloads than anyone else in 2016. This according to the IFPI, or International Federation of the Phonographic Industry. The big surprise on the list was the runner-up: the late great David Bowie! The rest of the top 5 was rounded out by Coldplay, Adele and Justin Bieber!

To most diehard Metallica fans, the legendary band's performance at the Grammys with Lady Gaga was a trainwreck from start to finish. And I'm not even talking about the technical difficulties! Brace yourselves metalheads, because it probably won't be the last you've seen of Lady Gaga with Metallica! Speaking to Rolling Stone, drummer Lars Ulrich called Gaga the quote "quintessential perfect fifth member of this band". He also added that as far as collaborations go, they're just getting started!

Pro tip for any bands on tour: try to get the name of the city you're playing in right! Guns n' Roses made that mistake, and as a result they weren't given the warmest welcome in Melbourne Australia recently. Before they hit the stage their announcer confused Melbourne with Sydney! apparently, a BIG no no. Axl and the band have since issued an apology to their Australian fans. C'mon guys, have we learned nothing from The Simpsons?

And we'll finish up with a look at what promises to be one of the biggest music biopics of the year! "All Eyez On Me" tracks the rise and fall of hip hop legend Tupac Shakur. Have a look. As you just saw, the film has a gritty look and an ominous vibe. Of course if you remember the 90s you probably know how this story ends! "All Eyez On Me" hits theaters on June 16th, which just so happens to be Tupac's birthday! Turning It Up for Naked News, I'm Carli Bei!

Roxanne DID look especially hot on Wednesday, didn't she? She'd glammed up a little bit with some new hair color and a tan, and she looked so good! Our little girl is growing up!

And we'll be sure to let her know it got noticed! The next email is from Willard, who says "Love the show. Just wanted to say I prefer the presenters to be naked all the time rather than starting out clothed. Since I myself am a nudist this seems so much more natural. Keep up the good work."

We actually did a survey, asking fans their preference, and as I recall, about a quarter of people like all-naked, about a quarter like the disrobe, and about half of people liked us to mix it up.

We like mixing it up, too! Our fans ALL get to see their preference sometimes, AND we get to wear cute lingerie! Okay, the next email is from Jeremy, and he asks "I noticed last few shows Whitney has only done stuff outside the studio. Is this because she's back to taking classes?"

That's right, Jeremy! Whitney's got her nose in her textbooks pretty much all the time these days. We do hope to see her back when she's on break, though.
I miss having her around! And our last email today is from Daniel, He says "Do the other anchors plan on placing things between their butt checks in the future like Madison did? I'm sure that will be very amusing to watch."
The short answer, Daniel, is no. We just happened to have a sword around, and Madison came up with the idea because it suited the story and was funny. But it's not a "thing" we're going to do on an ongoing basis, though. Sorry!
