Küçük boyutlu tek kademeli asetilen redüktörü BAO-5M TM “Svarog”, silindirden gelen gazın basıncını azaltmak ve redüktörün çıkışında belirli bir basıncı korumak için tasarlanmıştır. Şanzımanın mahfaza malzemesi ve çalışma teknik özellikleri GOST 13861-89 gerekliliklerine uygundur. Basınç göstergeleri son derece doğru basınç okumaları sağlar. Ölçüm cihazları metrolojik doğrulamayı geçmiştir, doğrulama süresi 2 yıldır ve Rusya Federasyonu Federal Çevre, Teknoloji ve Nükleer Denetim Servisi'nin güvenlik gerekliliklerine uygundur. Basınç göstergelerinin kalibrasyonuna ilişkin bilgiler, birleşik bilgi veritabanı "Arshin"'e girilir. Kompakt dişli kutusu muhafazası TM "Svarog", indirgeme ünitesinin iyi düşünülmüş tasarımıyla birlikte, metallerin gaz aleviyle işlenmesi sırasında yüksek derecede güvenilirlik sağlar. Güçlendirilmiş membranın çapı 40 mm'dir. Şanzıman kapağındaki özel bir pirinç parça, basıncın kolay ve düzgün şekilde ayarlanmasını kolaylaştırır. Asetilen dişli kutusu BAO-5M gerekli tüm performans özelliklerine sahiptir, güvenilir ve kullanımı güvenlidir. Anahtar özellikler: Şanzıman mahfazası 70 MPa basınçta test edilmiştir. Şanzımanın indirgeme ünitesini güvenilir bir şekilde korumak için pirinçten yapılmış bir giriş filtresi takılmıştır. Kalibrasyon aralığı 2 yıldır.
