JOB OVERVIEW
The Recruitment Manager forms an integral part of our Global Enrollment team. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role is responsible for supporting the maintenance and development of our agent network and implementing the marketing and recruitment strategy for the CIS and Europe region. This is an account-focused position centered on managing, servicing, and converting agents relationships.
Success in this role will be demonstrated by:
• Increased student enrollment across our U.S, Canada and UK partner schools
• Strong brand awareness in the market among students, parents, and agent networks
• Sustained market enthusiasm for international education at our campuses
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
• Meet recruitment and sales targets for each of our partner school (by agents and region) for the assigned territory
• Manage existing and active agents
• Drive conversion and sustainable enrollment growth through strong account management and ongoing relationship management
• Support, service, and manage inbound agents to ensure a high-quality partner experience
• Support in product training and development of agents
• Deliver sales coaching to agents
• Coordinate with Head Office and partner schools to ensure the sales toolkit remains relevant and well understood within the region
• Develop smaller agent business partners in key markets within the region
MARKETING
• Assist the Chief Revenue Officer in developing the annual marketing plan for the regional territory
• Deliver presentations to large audiences of students and counsellors
• Drive attendance for exhibitions, seminars, university visits, and other recruitment events
• Leverage social media and digital technologies to share information about our schools
FINANCIAL
• Develop and manage the regional budget and expenses
• Send monthly performance reports
GENERAL
• Other projects as determined by the Chief Revenue Officer
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong written and oral proficiency in both Russian and English is required
• Possession of an accredited 4-year university degree and/or 4-5 years of marketing & recruitment experience in the education industry
• Overseas high school study experience strongly preferred, particularly in the U.S., U.K., or Canada
• Demonstrated deep relationships with agents in local markets
• Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, including strong presentation abilities
• Demonstrated track record as a collaborative team player
• Flexible approach to work (including hours and content), with a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment activities
• Proven ability to initiate and implement effective sales tactics that have contributed meaningfully to sustainable business growth
• Innovative thinking and proactive work habits, with attention to detail and a readiness to pursue new recruitment initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and to take ownership of decisions and outcomes
• Ability to engage effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to balance competing demands
• Must possess W.I.T. – the willingness to do “whatever it takes”!
