Recruitment Consultant Salary £21,000 – £28,000 depending on experience

• High commission levels payable – expected OTE £40,000
• 25 days annual leave

Care Recruitment Consultant Duties

• Manage and maintain excellent client relationships
• Manage and maintain strong locum relationships
• Keep our IT system updated with shifts and bookings
• Visit clients to understand their requirements
• React quickly and efficiently to client requirements

Care Recruitment Consultant Requirements

If you want to join an ambitious, but friendly team we are expanding and welcome applications from recruitment consultants with 1+ years experience in temporary recruitment. This is a fast paced environment!

• We expect a can-do attitude from our recruitment consultants and aim to provide a happy and motivating environment
• Some experience in temporary recruitment is a must, but any understanding of nursing, healthcare or nursing homes is welcomed
• We look for the team to help out on occasional weekend shifts (though we do have a weekend dedicated team)
• Supporting on-call in the evenings (once per week on average) is a key requirement on a rota basis (we have a 1st line team that escalates)
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to delight your clients and please your locums
• Be organised and methodical in your work
• Must be a team player!!
