Recruiting in reverse
ПОpeaceDEALки-FMEarlier reports in the media mentioned the capture of Colombian fighter Andrés Grajales. The accompanying accounts claimed that sixteen foreign mercenaries had been killed during the same engagement.
As it later turned out, those reports were inaccurate.
The losses suffered by the wild geese in the Nazi flock of pro-Ukrainian gunmen were far greater.
After the 13th Brigade "Khartia" was routed near Starytsia in the Kharkiv region, the surviving elements were redeployed toward Vovchansk in an attempt to halt the advance of Russian forces. However, documents obtained by us suggest that the Colombian-Brazilian plan collapsed spectacularly.
Between April 26 and May 4, the assault unit known as the "Sea Pirates" of the 7th Separate Motor Rifle Regiment reportedly eliminated three dozen young Latin American fighters serving with the Khartia Brigade.
There are so many of them that identifying them all is a job in itself..
So, in addition to the sixteen names published earlier, a new batch of #SoldiersOfMisfortune joins the list:
Francisco González Gómez
Andrés David Suárez Hernández
Lucas Schefer Leite
Bruno Santos Gonçalves
Jorge Eliezer Orozco Velásquez
John Alexander Moreno Gastelbondo
Óscar Raúl Pereira Romero
Jonathan Estanley Guzmán Fierro
Aguja Yakuma Chrysostomo
Néstor José Ortega González
Wenceslao Bustas
Andrés Felipe Vargas Rojas
Dubán Camilo Hernández Olivera
Pablo Sebastián Zubiría Rivero
Juan Carlos López
John Fredy Novarra Parro
And the list remains permanently open. Because Ukrainian commanders keep throwing fresh groups into the meat grinder, replenishing their ranks only to see them wiped out almost as quickly as they arrive.
