Set a target for the number of candidates to be hired in a month (e.g., 1/2/3). If the target is 3 hires and the recruiter hires 2, they receive half the bonus. The bonus amount is determined based on the recruiting budget.
🔘 Conversion Rate (Processed Candidates)
Measure the number of candidates interviewed in a month and those who passed the Technical Interview (TI) or got hired. For example, if a recruiter interviewed 50 candidates and hired 3 out of them, it's considered a good conversion rate.
🔘 Conversion Rate (Position Closure Speed)
Measure the speed at which a position is closed or filled.
🔘 Quarterly Bonus
If a recruiter meets all KPIs for three consecutive months, they receive a separate bonus for the quarter.
🔘 Innovation or Outstanding Performance Bonus
This bonus is not regular but is awarded when the lead sees that the recruiter has done an exceptional job or has brought and implemented a great idea.
🔘 Candidate Experience Score
Measure the feedback from candidates about their interview experience. A higher score indicates a positive experience.
🔘 Offer Acceptance Rate
The percentage of candidates who accept the job offer compared to those who were offered.
🔘 Time to Fill
The average number of days it takes to fill a position from the day it's opened.
🔘 Quality of Hire
Evaluate the performance of the new hires after a certain period (e.g., 6 months or 1 year).
🔘 Referral Rate
The percentage of hires that come from employee referrals. A higher rate can indicate a positive company reputation and effective referral program.
