*What You'll Be Doing*
At its core, this role is simple:
Identify qualified candidates, conduct a virtual interview, and submit them for consideration.
That's it.
Once you submit a qualified candidate, our internal team takes over. We handle client communication, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding support, reference checks, offer negotiations, and everything else that happens after submission.
Your role is to find great people and help them take the next step in their careers.
*Your Responsibilities*
* Search resume databases and other sourcing channels
* Identify qualified candidates for open positions
* Conduct candidate outreach through your preferred methods (email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.)
* Schedule and conduct virtual candidate interviews
* Complete two simple submission forms for qualified candidates
* Submit candidates for consideration
The work itself is straightforward.

*What Success Looks Like*
The recruiters who perform best with us typically invest approximately 15–20 hours per week.
Our current top performers average approximately three candidate submissions per week.
The recruiters who succeed are not necessarily the ones with the most recruiting experience.
They're the ones who:

* Follow through consistently
* Focus on solutions rather than excuses
* Understand that recruiting is ultimately a relationship business

This is not a role where someone is constantly checking on your activity.
We trust recruiters to manage their time, stay productive, and deliver results.
*Compensation*
Earn $1,000 for every successful placement.
There are no caps or limits on what you can earn.
The more qualified candidates you identify and place, the more income you generate.
Your effort directly impacts your results.
*Work Authorization & Location Requirements*
This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity.
You may perform this work from any location that allows you to maintain professional standards, conduct virtual interviews, and communicate effectively with candidates and our team.
