🎯 What You’ll Do:
* Support end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the company and our clients
* Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
* Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads
* Help build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
* Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal teams
* Participate in recruitment campaigns and employer branding activities
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:
* Have 3-5 year of experience in recruitment or HR
* Are a strong communicator (written and verbal)
* Pay great attention to detail and are super organized
