Hire Pals is supporting a growing international business and is looking for a Korean-speaking Recruiter to join the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys sourcing talent, building pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers across a range of technical and professional roles.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Sourcing and engaging candidates across Korea and international markets
Conducting screening interviews and candidate assessments
Building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements
Managing candidate communications and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Supporting recruitment reporting and market mapping activities
Essential Requirements
Fluent Korean and English language skills
Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience
Strong sourcing and headhunting capability
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Experience
Recruitment experience within infrastructure, construction, engineering, transportation, or large-scale development projects
Experience recruiting technical or specialist professionals
Experience supporting international hiring programmes
