1 - Install adb on your PC (64-bits) if you haven't installed yet, selecting UniversalAdbDriverSetup.

2 - Install miPhone (link)

3 - Download a previous ROM:

4 - Download Fastboot-to-EDL (Link).

5 - Extract all and execute Reboot.bat

6 - Push (vol- and power) simultaneously to enter in a Fastboot.

Your phone must be like this

7 - Connect your phone to the PC and push any key (of the keyboard).

Your phone must be with black screen and a red led.

8 - Extract the ROM that you had downloaded in C: partition until you see like:

9 - Open miFlash.

has been installed with miPhone in step 2

10 - Click to browse and select C: (or where you have extracted the ROM)

11 - Select "Flash all except data and storage" (although this proccess could erase all your smartphone files like photos, apps, etc), and if miFlash shows COM10 in 'Device', select Flash.

12 - If 'Device' shows a different number, install again the ADB, turn off your PC, and repeat the steps again, because the ROM canot be installed:



This is a personal solution that has worked for me in Redmi Note 3 Pro, but it is not verified that it works in all possible cases.
